Despatch & Delivery Information

As you design your perfect product, you’ll notice that your earliest despatch estimate updates in the bottom right hand corner.

The despatch date is when we send your goods to our courier, not your delivery date (when it arrives to you).

At the moment there is a lot of pressure on global shipping, which does mean that sometimes our products are taking longer to arrive at the ports. Unfortunately this may mean that your despatch date may be delayed. Please rest assured that we’re doing all we can to get your products to you as quickly as possible.

Our customer communication promise means that we’ll keep you up to date on your order at every stage - so you know how far the factory has got along with building your bed, when your bed ships to us and when it's ready for despatch. We'll also be sure to keep you updated on extra things - for example if your bed is expected to arrive a bit earlier - to see if you'd like to bring forward your date or if there's been some unexpected delays.

Courier Services & Covid 19

The majority of our UK deliveries are carried out by our couriers, GPL. GPL is our two-man white-glove courier service who will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your goods to arrange a 3 hour delivery slot at a time that's best for you - including Saturdays! Alternatively, your delivery may be carried out by Tuffnells, who will take delivery of your bed and will deliver to you 2-5 working days after your despatch date. We’ll let you know in your welcome email who your courier will be.

However Covid-19 is affecting you, whether it’s a total lockdown or a local one, Tier 1 or Tier 4 we will ensure that our couriers deliver to you safely through “no contact” deliveries. For some this may mean that we are unable to deliver to a room of choice. Please do contact us if you require any additional assistance in this area.

Delivery Costs

Delivery is free to the majority of the UK. In some cases, for example Northern Ireland and some parts of Scotland, there may be a small delivery fee of £20 - you can check this at the checkout by adding your postcode.
